Film Screening

Snow-covered Settler's House
The Musée des maîtres et artisans du Québec (615, Sainte-Croix Ave.) will be holding a family workshop on Saturday, Jan. 20 and Sunday, Jan. 21, beginning at 2 pm, for parents and children over six on «Snow-covered Settler's House». Have fun by building a pretty house for your doll! Cover it in snow and see if you can design it to look like a family home from the past! Reservation at 514 747-7367.

Scenic Painters
Until February 4, the Musée des Maîtres et Artisans of Quebec presents the exhibition «On Creativity», artworks by seven Montreal scenic painters: Daniel Barkley, Patrick Barnwell, Paul Bourgault, Christian Corvellec, Dominique Gaucher, Vasil Nikov and Frederick Ouellet. On a film set or in a design studio, one easily recognizes scenic painters dressed in clothes literally covered by paint stains. You must see their personal artistic endeavors.
