Major industrial projects for 2007
Several industrial projects are in construction or are planned for 2007 in Saint-Laurent.
The largest courier company in Canada, Purolator, continues the construction of its new buildings on the grounds of the Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau Montreal International Airport.
Also in the process of being constructed are buildings that will accommodate the Expresco food company and Entrepôts Frigorifiques International at TransCanada and Poirier.
The Tommy Hilfiger clothing company is building its distribution warehouse in the Cote-de-Liesse Business Park that belongs to Sun Life Financial of Canada. The surface area planned is 20,628 square feet.
In the Saint-Laurent Technoparc, the pharmaceutical company Astra Zeneca is planning to expand its location, while a new industrial building being put up on Décarie Boulevard. This four-floor building will house offices and businesses.
Lastly, the construction of an office tower is planned in the Liberty Sites Trans-Canada Business Park. (Translated by Michael Beigleman)
