Please keep any postage stamps received by mail as we'll ship them to India. Poor women there, wash off these stamps from the envelope paper, sort them and sell them to support their family. St-Laurent library (1380 de l'Église) welcomes Photographer David Rogers who will make us visit national parks, glaciers, volcanoes and vineyards in this trek: "Hicking through Argentina", on Dec. 4, at noon.

The 2007 Christmas Basket drive edition is on. You can donate non-perishable items and toys, as well as cash contributions. Collection boxes can be found at the Centre des loisirs, Borough Hall, YMCA St-Laurent and in other St-Laurent locations, such as schools, seniors' residences and community organizations.
