The path that runners will follow on April 15.
15th Annual Course Saint-Laurent
In light of the Course Saint-Laurent’s successful relocation to the Bois-Franc and industrial districts in 2006, the race will follow the same circuit, with minor variations, during its 15th edition on Sunday, April 15.
Participants must register for the event ahead of time, either through the Web or by mail. The necessary registration form is available online at
www.eventsonline.ca and at the Centre des loisirs. It will also be possible to register on the morning of the race at the Ateliers municipaux, located at 13001, boulevard Cavendish. The Ateliers will once again serve as event headquarters for runners on the day of the race. Participants will be able to park their cars in the Sears parking lot at Place Vertu, located just opposite the Ateliers municipaux.
Getting around on the day of the event
It will be possible to cross the race perimeter at the following two locations, which will be monitored:
Entrance: Intersection of des Nations and Poirier from boulevard Alexis-Nihon.
Exit: Intersection of des Harfangs and Poirier, heading towards boulevard Alexis-Nihon (the direction of traffic on des Harfangs will be reversed for the duration of the race).
Please note that you may not be able to park on certain streets starting at noon the day before the event (Saturday, April 14). Signs will be posted to convey this information.
Some streets in the Bois-Franc district will be closed for the event. In case of an emergency on the day of the race, you are asked to speak to one of the on-site volunteers.
